One other thing that is essential no matter what age you are is that you have to get checked by the doctor and make sure you get a complete bill of health before you go and get the chart from him. This way, if something happens during your trip, you will be ok. When you go on such cruises, you are automatically covered if you need to cancel for health reasons.
